7,Environmental Friendly and recyclability: The TPEE (thermoplastic polyester elastomer) film could be an environmentally friendly material, meeting environmental standards, and being recyclable.

Advantages
1. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer film has good mechanical properties and a wide hardness range (Shore D32-82). Its modulus is higher than other thermoplastic elastomers of the same hardness, which can reduce material consumption.
2. This film is easy to process, good melt fluidity, fast crystallization speed, suitable for injection molding, extrusion and other processes.
3. TPEE film has excellent oil resistance and weather resistance and is suitable for automotive, electronic and electrical appliances and other fields.
Applications
They are also widely used
The automotive industry accounts for over 70% of TPEE applications, such as hydraulic hoses and seals.
It can also be used for cable insulation and connector parts of electronic appliances.
Industrial products can be used for wear-resistant conveyor belts and biomedical materials
Compared with TPU materials, TPEE has more stable mechanical properties at high temperatures, but the cost is higher.TPEE film is more flexible and easier to process, but its temperature resistance is not as good as PEEK (PEEK can withstand 260°C)
After continuous optimization and improvement, TPEE has been applied in more and more fields, including the automotive field (dust covers, shock absorption), electronic and electrical fields (optical cables, cable sheaths, elastic buttons), industrial manufacturing fields (conveyor belts, elevator slides) and biomaterials (artificial eardrums, drug carriers), sports equipment (handles of various rackets, sports pads, diving equipment) and some daily necessities (sanitary hoses, handle coverings).

The principle of TPEE as a non-porous breathable film
thermoplastic polyester elastomer film is a non-porous breathable film material. The non-porous breathability of TPEE film depends primarily on the material's properties and preparation process. TPEE material exhibits a certain degree of elasticity, with some elastic segments in its molecular structure. These elastic segments impart high permeability to the TPEE membrane, allowing gas molecules to travel through the film and enabling gas exchange through the film's breathability.Furthermore, the manufacturing process also significantly impacts the breathability of TPEE films. They are typically produced using an extrusion process, where the material is heated to a semi-solid state and then extruded into a film shape using an extruder. During the extrusion process, gases within the material can freely transfer through the molten material, forming a non-porous, breathable film structure. Temperature and pressure control during the manufacturing process also have a certain impact on the film's breathability.Furthermore, the non-porous breathability of TPEE films can be achieved by regulating molecular weight and chemical structure. The polyester portion of the TPEE material can be modified by adjusting its molecular weight and degree of polymerization to alter its melting temperature and crystallization properties, thereby affecting the film's breathability. The chemical structure of the polyester can be altered by introducing different functional groups, thereby adjusting the material's hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity, further affecting the film's breathability.
The green process of TPEE has the characteristics of being recyclable and environmentally friendly, and it can also convert waste PET into raw materials by obtaining its monomers or oligomers from polyester (PET) waste by chemical recycling as a raw material source. Circulation of new high-value products. The recycle breathable TPEE film can be produced according to customer needs, it is breathable and waterproof, has micro elasticity, is soft, and can also fit with other fabrics. It can be used in protective clothing, hygiene products, and cloth.
