This dual-temperature capability makes it an ideal solution for products that must survive harsh, fluctuating and demanding thermal environments.

 

Description

 

  • High-Low Temperature TPU Film is produced from specially formulated polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane, selected for its excellent hydrolysis resistance and low-temperature flexibility. Unlike ordinary films that turn brittle in the cold or soften and deform in the heat, this film keeps a stable balance of strength, elasticity and elongation throughout its full working range, ensuring long-term reliability.

 

  • The film offers superior weather resistance, UV stability and resistance to repeated thermal cycling. It will not become hard, cracked or discolored after prolonged exposure to alternating hot and cold conditions, which makes it especially suitable for outdoor equipment, cold-chain logistics, automotive components and aerospace-grade applications.

 

  • It is solvent-free with ultra-low VOC emissions, and complies with RoHS, REACH and FDA requirements, offering an environmentally friendly and safe material choice. The film can be easily processed by heat pressing, high-frequency welding and lamination, and is available in transparent, translucent or colored versions, with thickness, width and surface finish fully customizable to meet specific customer requirements.
