TPU Film - FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions

1. What types of TPU Film do you offer?
We offer a complete TPU Film product line, including polyester and polyether series. Thickness ranges from 0.05mm to 3.0mm, hardness from 70A to 95A, with various surface finishes such as transparent, translucent, matte, and colored options. Standard specifications are available in stock, and custom specifications can be produced upon request.

2. Can you provide samples for testing?
Yes. We provide free A4-size samples for customer testing, with the customer covering shipping costs. For custom specification samples, a sampling fee applies, which can be deducted from the order upon formal purchase. Samples are typically shipped within 2-3 working days.

3. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For standard specifications, MOQ is 500 kg; for custom specifications, MOQ is 1,000 kg. For first-time customers, we can arrange small trial orders, with specific quantities negotiable. We understand new customers' testing needs and are willing to support your market development plans.

4. What is the lead time?
In-stock specifications ship within 7-10 working days; custom specifications require 15-20 working days. During peak seasons (March-May, September-November), we recommend placing orders 2-3 weeks in advance. Urgent orders can be expedited based on production line availability, which may incur additional costs.

5. What certifications do your products have?
Our TPU Film is certified under ISO 9001 Quality Management System, and products comply with ROHS and REACH environmental standards. Food-grade products are FDA certified, and medical-grade products come with biocompatibility test reports. Other special certifications can be applied for upon customer request.

6. What are the main applications of your products?
TPU Film has wide applications, mainly including: electronic product protective films, footwear lamination, waterproof breathable fabrics for apparel, medical device packaging, inflatable products, automotive interiors, and heat transfer substrates. Different formulations are recommended for different application scenarios - please consult our technical team for recommendations.

7. How do you ensure product quality consistency?
We implement full-process quality control from raw material procurement to finished product shipment. Each batch comes with a COA quality inspection report. Key indicators include thickness tolerance (±0.01mm), transparency, tensile strength, and tear strength. Third-party inspection is supported, and defective batches are unconditionally returned or exchanged.

8. What are your packaging methods? How do you protect products during transportation?
Standard packaging is roll format with inner PE film for dust protection, outer kraft paper for protection, foam reinforcement at ends, and wooden pallet transportation. Custom slitting, small roll packaging, or special labeling can be arranged upon request. Sea freight, air freight are both available, supporting FOB, CIF, DDP, and other trade terms.

9. What is the difference between TPU Film and PVC Film?
TPU Film has significant advantages over PVC Film: more eco-friendly (no plasticizers, recyclable), better low-temperature resistance (remains flexible at -35°C), more wear-resistant, and softer feel. Of course, the cost is slightly higher, making it suitable for mid-to-high-end markets with environmental and performance requirements. We can provide samples for comparative testing.

10. What are your payment terms? How is after-sales service guaranteed?
Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit with balance before shipment. Long-term customers can apply for monthly settlement or letters of credit. For after-sales service, we assume corresponding liability for losses caused by product quality issues. For issues caused by improper customer use, we provide technical guidance to assist in resolution.
